1/It is recommended to book for holidays between 1st July and 31st August.
2/ The minimum rental period for a mobile home or Bengali bungalow is one week in peak season.
3/ All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
4/ Places are allocated in the order bookings are received. Management reserves the right to change the pitch on the camper’s arrival.
5/ All rented pitches must be occupied before 8pm. If the camper does not send a written message (fax, telegram or e-mail) explaining he/she has had to defer his/her arrival date, the pitch will become available again 40 hours after the arrival date specified on the rental contract (two days later at midday). Telephone messages will not be accepted.
6/ A cancellation guarantee can be included in your contract (compulsory for rentals). This guarantee will refund the charge you are obliged to pay if you cancel your holiday.
7/ In the event of cancellation, the following will be withheld:
· rental fees (booking fee + cancellation guarantee).
· the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
· the total amount of the holiday if you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival or if you do not turn up on this date.
8/ The amount of the holiday is payable in full on the day of arrival for tent and caravan pitches, and 30 days before the start of the holiday for rentals. No reduction will be granted if you arrive late or leave early.
9/ For rentals, you will be asked to pay a € 500 deposit on arrival to cover any damage. The occupant undertakes to refund any damages for which he/she is responsible. A € 50 deposit will also be requested for cleaning. Management reserves the right to determine the state of cleanliness in which the rental is returned.
10/ It is up to the camper to take out insurance. The campsite refuses all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, storms, etc., and in the event of any incident caused by the camper.
11/ All campers must respect the campsite's rules.
