REGULATIONS CAMPING : TAXES IN CHARGES
- no refund will be accepted if the time of stay is reduced by the campers.
- The rnter is obliged to clean the location and leave it in the state in wich he found it at is arrival. If necessary 50 € will be charged for the cleaning.
CANCELLATIONS CAMPING :
All cancellations should be made in writting by express delivery or fax- more than 30 days before arrival date, a sum of 15 € - 98.39 Frs will be retained for office charges, and the balance will be refunded,- between 30 days and arrival date, the account will not be refunded,- as from to 8 PM, except if the client has announced his delay, the management reserve the right to rerent the site and the account will not be refunded.
REGULATIONS RENT :
- at the reservation : payment of one quarter (25%) of total cost as a deposit, the balance on arrival,
- At your arrival you will be asked to pay a deposit of 250 €. It will be refunded at the end of your stay when you turn in the key, or will be send to you by post in case you leave outside the opening hours of the reception desk.
- no refund will be made if time of stay is reduced by the hirer.
- You musn't leave any animal on his own in the mobil home. One pet allowed per mobil home.
CANCELLATIONS RENT :
All cancellations should be made in writting. Please think of taking a cancellation insurance with your insurers.
- more than 60 days before arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded,
- between 60 and 30 days before arrival date, you will have to pay 50% of the total costs,
- between 30 days and arrival date, the whole cost will be forfeited
- when 24 hours after the reserved arrival date, the client has not arrived, except when the delay is reported by post, fax or telegram, he has to pay the total amount of the reservation and has the direction the right to re-rent the reserved accommodation.
