In order to welcome you in good conditions, we ask you to carefully read the Terms of Sale below which govern the sales of stays and are valid at the time the order is placed. The fact of reserving a stay implies the complete adhesion to these.
These general terms and conditions have been drawn up in French, the English translation is provided for information purposes only.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes effective with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general terms of sale when booking online.
The reservation of a pitch or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You may not under any circumstances sublet or assign your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Camping pitch
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or motorhome for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.
Rental
Rental accommodation is equipped. The basic package is 4 to 6 places depending on the type of rental. The carrying capacity must be strictly observed.
Booking fees: 30 euros per stay.
PRICES AND TOURIST TAX
The prices indicated are valid for the 2021 season. They correspond to one night and are expressed in euros, VAT included.
The amount of the tourist tax is set by the municipality of Salles Curan at € 0.50 per person over 18 years.
PAYMENT TERMS
For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to a refund.
Cancellation due to camping
In the event of cancellation due to the Les Genêts campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. This cancellation may not, however, give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation by the customer
In the event of cancellation of your reservation without subscription to the cancellation insurance, all sums paid will be retained and no refund will be made. If you have taken out a cancellation insurance with our partner Meetch, the amounts paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general cancellation conditions.

YOUR STAY
Arrival
Rental accommodation : On the day of your arrival, you will be welcome from 4:00 p.m., and when the keys to your rental are handed over, a deposit of 300€ will be requested.
Camping pitch: arrivals must be after 2 p.m.
During your stay
The holidaymaker is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bikes, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident involving the civil liability of the holidaymaker. All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations, which will be communicated on request.
Departure
Rental accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. The accommodation will be left in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the compensation retained, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures.
In the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of a minimum value of €100 including tax will be requested.
For any delayed departure, you may be billed for an additional day at the prevailing nightly rate.
Camping pitch: departure before noon.
PETS
Pets are accepted in certain accommodations (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee payable when booking. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food stores and in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.
MEDIATION
In the context of a litigation with our establishment, you have the option of contacting us as follows:
Sending a letter by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you have the option of contacting the Medicys Mediation Center, after a period of one month following the sending of these letters / emails. You must submit a file online on the following website www.medicys.fr or by mail: Medicys - 73 Boulevard de Clichy - 75009 PARIS.
