Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.camping-oasisduberry.fr. They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these terms and conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for itself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays (the GTCS are available for download on the website and available upon prior request and are transmitted during the validation of the stay or group quote). They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the headquarters of the establishment PAULMIER HPA located rue de la pierre plate 36800 saint Gaultier.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping site reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the deposit and booking fees.

No person other than those declared at the time of booking can stay in the rental without declaration and prior agreement. Any action to the contrary will lead to the end of the immediate stay. No visitor is allowed to stay without the agreement of the management within the campsite.
Reservations can be made by phone or Email but with a written confirmation (contract signed with deposit) within 7 days. After this time, the option will be cancelled without notice. Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit (including a maximum of 12€ of non-refundable and non-refundable booking fees) we will send you a written confirmation of reservation.
The balance of the reservation of a pitch and the tourist tax will be payable on arrival.
The balance of the reservation of a rental and the tourist tax must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival. After this time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
For any delay not reported, the rental/location becomes available 11 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain with the management of the campsite.
We remind you that a cottage for a certain number of residents cannot be occupied by a greater number of people. You must notify us of any change in the number of people. You may be asked for an additional cost.
2.2 Booking Change
No discount will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
A financial supplement (35€) will be requested for any late arrival after 20:30 and/or without prior validation of the campsite.
2.3 Cancellation
Any unrestricted reservation in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled.
For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded in order to cover the cancellation costs and as a breach of contract indemnity.
For any cancellation within 30 days, the balance is due and must be paid to us. For this reason, see the conditions for setting up the cancellation insurance option with our partner «CAMPEZ COUVERT».

2.4 Retraction
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the French Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance with our partner «camp-covered». This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee that allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (sickness, accident, etc.).
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event preventing your departure by mail or mail. If the claim is covered by the terms and conditions (available at www.campez-couvert.com or from our institution), advise the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.
Article 3 - Course of stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For the pitches, arrival 14h – departure 12h. Any plot not cleared at 12h will result in an automatic billing of an additional night.
For rentals: arrival 16h - 19h.
Please check in at the hotel's restaurant with the booking confirmation. Any late arrival must be invoiced and must be reported before 7pm so that we can take the necessary measures for your arrival in the establishment.
Departures are between 8:30 am and 10 am after check-out, after this time an extra day will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, the dates booked will be due in full, the fees that are attached to it also.
The guest must have complied with the rules of stay (in particular end of stay cleaning) for the campsite to validate his departure. No departure will be made and the client is liable to financial penalty (withholding of deposit and household deposit) if the latter has not handed over the keys of the rental with a verification of end of stay (little important whether or not an inspection was carried out on his arrival). Any breach will be borne by him if it was not mentioned at the time of his arrival (inventory, breakage etc.).
All visitors must come to the reception and leave their car in the visitor parking indicated by the signs at the entrance of the campsite.
3.2 Bond
A deposit of 500 euros per accommodation and equipment as well as a cleaning deposit will be requested on the day of your arrival. They will be refunded/returned to you on the day of your departure or by mail within 1 month, validated obligatorily after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay (the cleaning costs will be compensated by the deposit check given on your arrival) if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present, during our inventory, a prior validation of exit will be required.
The CB number is systematically deleted after checking the cleanliness of the accommodation if no deterioration has been noted in the rental.
3.3 Animals
Pets are allowed inside some rentals for 3€50/pet/day. No more than 2 animals per rental. We reserve the right to refuse any animal whose size would be inappropriate for the rented.
3.4 Rules of Procedure
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, posted at our reception desk and a copy of which will be given to you upon request. You will also find a reminder in your welcome booklet present in your cottage or on request at the reception for campers.
Facility Maintenance and Compliance:
Everyone must refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness and hygiene of the campground, including sanitation. The waste water must be emptied in the facilities provided for this purpose.
Household waste, waste of any kind (excluding glass located outside), must be deposited in the containers provided for this purpose.
The glass must be placed in the glass containers of the town of Saint-Gaultier, located at the main entrance of the campsite (note: waste management is recalled on the sign at the entrance of the garbage room as well as on the welcome booklets made available to you in the rental).
Washing is prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. It is strictly forbidden to spread from the trees, and should in no case disturb the neighbors. Campers are prohibited from nailing trees, cutting branches.
Any damage to the vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the land will be the responsibility of the person responsible.
The location, or the rental, that was used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it upon entering the premises.
Security:
In case of fire, immediately inform management. Fire extinguishers are checked annually and therefore usable if necessary.
A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.
Flight:
Management is only responsible for items deposited in the office. It has a general obligation to monitor the terrain, but the camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to those in charge the presence of any suspicious person.
Games:
Signs indicate the age of use of each playground. Children will always be under the supervision of their parents, and will be under their responsibility.
Pool:
It is exclusively reserved for the clientele of the campground.

3.5 Circulation:
The speed is limited to 10km/h. the gate will be closed between 23:00 and 08:00 in the morning, all traffic is prohibited during this period. Please leave your car at the car park located at the entrance of the property. All visitors must come to the reception and leave their car in the visitor parking lot.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for the damage suffered by the equipment of the camper-caravanier/ client or associative group that would be of its own; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance or the Tribunal de commerce de Chateauroux.
Article 6 – GDPR - Protection of personal data (INAXEL and CTTVERT suppliers)
We do not collect any personal data other than through our intermediaries and our management software namely CTOUTVERT and INAXEL. These suppliers have put in place all the means and safeguards to meet the requirements of the GDPR. This data is exclusively intended for the realization of the stay in the Oasis du Berry campsite located rue de la pierre plate – 36800 saint gaultier. No further action is taken with this data for any other commercial reason.
As part of the bookings made by the Establishment's customers, via the SecureHoliday Booking Interface, we collect Personal Data from them at the time of their booking and then transmit them to the Payment Provider or to the Establishment (via INAXEL, camping management software) via our ORANGE PRO internet service connected via our computer whose access is reserved for the two managers only to have a password to access it.
The Data collected are the names and given names of the customers, their date of birth, their addresses (route, postal code, city, country), their telephone numbers, their email addresses, the place and dates of their reservations.
Client data is concentrated in the “client.fic” file of the NAXIGestion database. This file is stored locally or on a remote server depending on the type of installation.
This file cannot be consulted directly from Windows, the data can only be interpreted by NAXI-Gestion.
We declare that the Personal Data collected has been collected in a fair and lawful manner, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.

We strive to ensure that the Personal Data held is accurate, current and complete. We respond to requests from our customers to correct inaccurate information
in a timely manner. Therefore, any person on whom we hold Personal Data has the opportunity to let us know.
Our suppliers INAXEL and CTOUTVERT have put in place several technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and protection of the Personal Data processed.
However, if the Personal Data is transmitted to us via a means of communication working with the Internet, we cannot guarantee that this Data is perfectly secure.
