LEASE OF A PITCH
Information and locations locations:
1 - rentals mobile homes, chalets, caravans, tents and locations are registered. They can not be transferred without the consent of the owner.
2 - The reservation location or mobile home, is effective upon receipt of the booking contract including the 40% deposit and booking fee.
3 - When booking, cancellation insurance is offered (recommended). In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. unless cancellation insurance has been contracted in this case are the terms and conditions of the insurance apply. In all cases the reservation fee and package fee of 30 are acquired.
- A late arrival or early departure does not qualify for a reduction in the amount of the stay.
For rental mobile home or chalet:
1 - Balance: It is imperative to set the day of arrival, receiving keys.
2 - Without the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, when the stay is started, for rentals, there are no refunds due to early departure for whatever reason.
3 - The inventory of places: furniture, equipment, utensils will be held on arrival, and will be performed by the tenant, in comparison with
the list provided on arrival within 24 hours.
4 - Deposits: by check: a 210 (deposit inventory) and 40 (household deposits) deposited on the day of arrival will be refunded in full at the end of stay later than fifteen days after the start and after inventory, net of missing or broken. In case of doubtful cleanliness of 40 deposit will not be returned.
5 - Linen provided: mattress pillows, mattresses and disposable bath mats are provided. They are changed to each property, thereby to ensure rotation of cleanliness.
The sheets and pillowcases are not provided.
6 - The accommodation is equipped: with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, blankets, pillows. (Inventory list available upon request when booking).
7 - Short breaks (WE) will be paid in full at time of booking and stays without reservation.
Rentals are available from 16:00 and will be released at 10:00 ..
For rentals of pitches:
1 - The balance is due the day of the arrival.
2 - For a stay without a reservation, it will be asked for a deposit of 50% upon arrival in low season and the totality of the stay in hight season.
3 - Any extension of stay will be subject to an agreement with management
4 - camping or lease must be returned in clean condition.
The pitches are available from 14:00 and will be released at 12:00.

The location of the mobile home, cottage, Caravan, tent according to the number of persons referred to in the contract and the price of the year.
Access to campsite facilities: toilets, playground equipment etc..
Prices do not include: tax effect, which can be amended by bylaw.
A location is limited to 6 people.
The price includes location: plot, a car, a caravan or a tent or a camper. Tent igloo type 2m ² max is more accepted on the site.
Managers reserve the right to make an inventory of the plot regularly and regulate the booking file
Pets are welcome, provided they have been declared when booking and have a vaccination to date. They will be leashed in the campground and in no case should be alone in rentals. They will have their needs outside camping, needs to be collected.
Visitors must always be reported to the host upon arrival, according to billing rate. Campers are not allowed to receive family or guests without notifying managers of camping this for obvious reasons of safety and liability.
Campers and residents must comply with the rules posted on the site and available at the reception, management reserves the right to exclude any offender.
Unsupervised swimming and games: Children under the responsibility and supervision of parents.
Between 10:30 p.m. ET 8:00, cars are not allowed to circulate in the camp.
It is the camper and tenant insurance. Camping disclaims any liability for loss, theft, fire, bad weather and incident liability under the camper.
