Conditions for booking a pitch
Arrivals are from 3 pm to 7 pm and departures from 8 am to 10 am.
Late arrivals and delays are subject to a surcharge (see tariff)
The reservation becomes effective only after acceptance by the campsite of the duly completed and signed booking contract, accompanied by a payment of 15% of the total amount.
No booking can be transferred to a third party. No booking will be considered without receipt of the deposit.
All reserved pitches must be occupied before 7 pm. In case the customer has to postpone their arrival date, they must inform the campsite, otherwise the pitch becomes available 24 hours after the scheduled date and the deposit is considered from.
Conditions of stay:
The pool is strictly reserved for camping guests with a bracelet worn on their wrist and visible. The wearing of the bathing brief is mandatory.
No booking will be accepted without a major ascendant.
Upon arrival, a check is carried out on the dates and persons provided for on the contract. No refund will be possible later.
For the arrival of additional person during the stay, you must report it to the campsite the same day and pay the surcharge. For any fraud on the persons present, vehicle, tent or animals, a supplement of 100€ will be applied per offence and per week of stay.
Cancellations of reservations
In all cases of cancellation, the deposit and booking fees are considered due. The campsite reserves the right to claim the full price of the rental if the cancellation does not occur 14 days before the date of arrival, except in case of force majeure (illness, accident, death). Any exclusion for non-compliance with the rules of procedure will not give rise to any reimbursement.
Deposit required for a lodge
A deposit of 160€ covering the external and internal rental plus the amount of the cleaning fee, is requested by check or credit card. It will be returned after initial inventory, after deduction of any costs of restoration and the value of the missing or deteriorated material. An inventory is given on arrival and the customer has 4 hours to report any failure, anomaly.
The lodge must be returned in the same condition as on arrival: floor swept and washed, w-c and impeccable bathroom, including refrigerator and kitchen cleaned. The cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit if the initial condition does not require the intervention of a cleaning team. It is necessary to make an appointment for the inventory of the departure except to be imposed one hour by the campsite.
Payment for the stay:
The balance of the stay must be paid 14 days before arrival, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled and the sums paid will be considered due. Any request for stay made less than 5 days before the date of arrival must be paid in full. Any stay interrupted or shortened will not give rise to any refund by the campsite.
Expulsion
Any person or group of persons who do not respect the rules of the campsite or behave in an incorrect manner towards other guests or staff will be expelled.
The animals
Dogs are allowed, kept on a leash. The vaccination record must be up to date and presented upon arrival. Only small dogs are allowed in the lodges. It is strictly forbidden to leave an animal alone. Any nuisance will result in the client's expulsion. Dogs of 2nd category type: Pitt bull, rottweiler, and cats are strictly prohibited on the campsite.
Loss of objects
Under no circumstances can the campsite be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings, injuries or damage that may occur to customers or their property during their stay.
Jurisdiction clause: any disputes will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cour d'instance de Nîmes.
