Rental general conditions
The rental is concluded according to standard and usual Law applicable to such contracts. The client agrees to respect all the below
terms, failure to comply may lead to liability for damages and may result in the termination of the relating contract without any possibility to claim for rental reduction of price.
a) Check in :
Peak season :
Arrival hours : Saturday afternoon between 4 and 7 PM
Departure hours : Saturday morning between 8 and 10 AM
Off-peak seasons :
Arrival and departure times : to be agreed with the Campsite management.
b) In case of cancellation, it is agreed :
- lessee : cancellation (without cancellation insurance) :
- more than one month prior to the arrival date : the down payment is not refunded.
- One month and less prior to the arrival date : the total rental is kept by the Campsite as penalty.
- rentor cancellation : within seven days following the cancellation, the campsite is obliged to reimburse twice the amount of the deposit.
c) If a late arrival is exceeding 24 hours without informing the Campsite, the accommodation will be considered as not booked and proposed again to rental. Even under this condition, the Campsite will keep the right to claim for damages.
d) The rented accommodation must be personally occupied, with good behavior and installations be carefully treated. Any claim concerning the hire dwellings must be raised to the Campsite Manager within the first 24 hours after arrival. People renting accommodations must be quiet and ensure tranquility of the other customers of the Campsite. Dogs must be kept on leash.
e) Customers must subscribe to a civil liability insurance policy. Without insurance, in case of any disaster, damages and interest rate
will be charged. The renter undertakes to insure the rented accommodation against rental risks for the lesser's account , this one being obliged to report to the Campsite Management, within 24 hours, any issues in the accommodation, associated premises and facilities.
f) The hired accommodations are fitted with kitchen accessories such as dishware, glasses, duvets, hot blankets, 60x60 cm pillows… as
detailed in the attached list (towels, linen are not provided). At the end of the stay, the Campsite management will be entitled to claim for a cleaning fee (30 €) if the dwellings are not properly cleaned. Clean-up costs (to be determined) will also be invoiced in case of dirty duvets, curtains, wallpapers, ceiling, carpets, windows ….. . If any damages, breakage or unusual wear are noted, the purchase value of the furniture, accessories to be replaced or their repair will be charged to the customer.
g) A hire deposit of 200 Euros will be paid by cheque, credit card imprint or cash. This amount will be returned latest 10 days after the customers departure apart from any damages, breakage or needed cleaning of the premises.
h) The Campsite owner will be entitled to visit the rented accommodation upon request.
