SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
The lessee has read the description and undertakes to accept the furnished rental in the state in which it is.
Unless there is a complaint within 24 hours of taking possession of the premises, the lessee acknowledges having received it in good condition and in accordance with the inventory.
The tenant agrees to pay, in addition to the rental, any lost, destroyed or damaged object.
Any liability is declined by the lessor for accidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the rented property.
Heating, hot and cold water, electricity, are included in the rental price.
This contract is worth acknowledgment of debt, for the amount of the rental, as well as all the sums due by the lessee.
He is required to report the damage caused during the stay, the damage discovered after his departure will be charged to him.
The lessee is required to take out cancellation insurance with his own insurance company. In case of impediment for any reason whatsoever, he will have to turn against the latter for any refund of deposit or deposit.
- The tenant must pay a deposit of 150 € the day of the arrival, intended to cover any damage. (cash or credit card)
It will be returned to him on the day of his departure.
- Cleaning: €60
- Sheets are not included in the rental price. You can bring your own sheets or rent COTON sheets on site: €15 for a double bed, €12 for a single bed.
Attention: sleeping bags are not considered as sheets!!!!! It's forbidden.
- Towels are not included in the rental price. You can rent them on site for 6,50€.
- Arrivals from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.
