The rental of a bare site or accommodation implies the total acceptance of the
conditions of sale described below, by the contracting parties.
1. Reservation:
Any firm booking request must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of your stay.
Your booking will have a contractual value only after receiving a written confirmation
from Camping Le Moulin du Luech.
The balance of your stay must be paid the day of your arrival.
2. Rates:
Your stay is expressed inclusive of taxes according to the rate corresponding to the
season.The tourist tax is to be paid upon arrival to be given to the communal
authorities. It is not included in the price of your reservation.
We reserve the right to adjust our rates in the event of a change in the tax rate or VAT.
3. Availability:
Each proposed stay is available and can be booked. However, the management reserves
a period of 72 hours from the placing of the order to cancel the reservation, if the stay
had become unavailable, following exceptional changes and beyond our control. We will
inform you by email within 72 hours. You can then request the cancellation or exchange
of your order.
4. Payment method accepted:
The services consumed can be paid by bank transfer or cash.
5. Capacity:
The number of people mentioned per unit or location in our rates is the maximum
occupancy allowed given the equipment available. It can not be exceeded for security
and insurance reasons.
6. Location rental:
The bare pitches, can accommodate up to 5 people (including toddler), to install your
tent, your caravan or your camper.
Your stay is calculated from a basic package that includes the location, the person or
persons provided for the package, your installation, your vehicle and access to the
reception, entertainment and sanitary facilities:
- Package hiker: 1 site for 2 people, a tent.
- Nature package: 1 pitch for 2 persons, 1 motorhome or 1 car with a tent or a caravan.
- Comfort package: nature + electricity package
Departures must be between 8h and 12h and arrivals between 3pm and 7pm. Any
overrun results in the billing of an extra day.
The persons (adults or children) and the additional elements present on the site
(electricity, second vehicle, animal, etc.) are subject to a daily cost.
The allocation of places is carrie
In low season, that is to say outside July August, rentals are available from one night.
However, in July / August bookings are one week from Saturday to Saturday.
Rentals are available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on
the day of departure.Any overrun results in the billing of an extra day.
All rentals are nominative and can not be sold or rented under any circumstances.
At the end of the stay the rentals must be returned in the same condition as the day of
arrival. Any damage or insalubrity will be charged to the customer even after departure
in case of concealment.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in rentals. Butts should not be thrown on the floor.
8. Delayed arrival or early departure:
The totality of your stay, mentioned on your voucher, will be due and you will not be
able to claim any refund, in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
9. No presentation on the campsite:
In case of no show and without proof during a delay of 24 hours from the beginning of
your stay, we will have your accommodation or location. We hold the fees in
accordance with our cancellation policy.
10. Cancellation:
Cancellation at the initiative of the campsite Moulin du Luech: In case of force majeure,
your stay will be canceled and refunded in full. No compensation costs can be claimed.
We will do our best to offer you an alternative.
Cancellation of stay by the buyer: Any cancellation request must be made by mail or
email with acknowledgment of receipt.
For the cancellation of a bare pitch or a rental:
- More than 30 days before your arrival 5% will be kept.
- From 30 to 21 days before your arrival 25% of the price of your stay will be cashed.
- From 20 to 8 days before your arrival 75% of the amount of your reservation must be
paid.
- Less than 7 days before your arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
In case of serious illness or death and upon presentation of a certificate, your stay may
be postponed for one year.
11. Description of services:
The general information given in the brochure and on the website is given as an
indication and can not be considered as contractual insofar as they can be modified
during the season (for example by municipal decision). The campsite guarantees the
authenticity of the information and its character neither misleading nor lying. The
photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. It goes without saying
that customers will be informed of any changes.
12. Degradation:
In case of deterioration or insalubrity, the responsible persons will have to refund the
expenses of restoration.
13. Minor person:
Minors not accompanied by their parents are not accepted unless they have a parental
certificate.
14. Animals:
Pets are allowed on the campsite only if they are on a leash and with a current
vaccination certificate. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. The animals must stay
outside the rentals and buildings.
15.Steal :
In case of theft or damage, the campsite is not responsible for goods left unattended.
16. Rules of procedure:
Every camper must have read the rules and the general conditions of sale and must
apply them to the rule under penalty of termination of the contract.
