Terms of Sales
1.Scope
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.camping-moredena.com, directly by phone or mail. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any client for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained on written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
2.Booking
- For all reservations, there will be a booking fee (10,00 € for an accommodation and 10,00 € for a location). Reservations, all categories of stay combined, will only be confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and the corresponding deposit, they become final only upon receipt of the balance. The preferences formulated during bookings will be met to the extent of availability, without liability to the campsite.
- Payment of the balance is due on arrival, according to the date indicated on the contract at the time of booking.
- Any change request (dates, number of people, type of rental ...) must give rise to a written confirmation from the client and remains subject to acceptance by the campsite.
- Methods of payment: payment can be made in holiday checks, bank check payable to the LLC LT Camp, in cash or bank transfer (RIB on request).
- The rental is personal, it is forbidden to sublet or to assign the site to a third party.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- Special request: the campsite can not guarantee any special request made during the booking. The location number will only be communicated upon your arrival.
- The plans and photos presented in the brochure and on the website are not contractual.
3.Arrivals
- Arrivals are from 15:00 for rent, and from 13:00 in location.
- The campsite must be notified of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your rental. The manager reserves the right to have the location provided if there were no news 24 hours after the scheduled date. The payments made will not be refunded.
- The tenant accepts the location as is (trees, plantations, vegetation ...). It releases the responsibility for camping in case of damage due to falling branches, bad weather, natural disasters, in case of burglary, breakage ice ... the location must be released and restored at the end of the stay.
- For pitches, the maximum number of occupants is 6 people and 1 motor vehicle. Any extra charges on the pitch will need to be reported to reception on the day of arrival.
- For rentals, a deposit of 200 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of arrival. It will be refunded the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the reception, after an inventory. The billing for any damage will be added to the price of the stay and cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you can not be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned by mail.
- The rental is provided a complete equipment (see list), gas, heating, electricity, a blanket, a mattress, a pillow per bed. Rates shown include parking a vehicle.
- For reasons of conformity and security, the number of persons indicated cannot be exceeded knowing that a baby counts for one person. If the number exceeds the maximum capacity of the accommodation or the location, the management reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite. In case of misrepresentation of the lessee, the contract will be terminated automatically, and the sums paid will remain acquired to the lessor.
4.stay
- For reasons of safety and comfort, the pool is forbidden to all visitors.
- All our rentals are non-smoking.
- Right to the image: You expressly authorize and without compensation the camping Morédéna to use, on any support, the photos of you or your children which could be taken during your stay, for the advertising needs of the campsite.
- Any stay started is due in full.
- No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
5.Departure
- Departures are between 9 am and 10 am for rent, and between 9 am and 12 pm for the locations.
- Any return of key after 10h or release of the location after 12h will result in the billing of an additional night.
- Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. In case of early departure, no refund will be made on any stay that has been the subject of a reservation. The campsite reserves the right to rent at the first request.
- In case of departure before 8am. The deposit will be returned by mail after inventory and deductions (variable amount depending on the costs of restoration of the premises and the value of the damaged or missing material).
- For rentals, a cleaning fee of € 70.00 will be charged if the accommodation is not cleaned properly.
6.Animals
- Domestic animals are accepted on the campsite and must be tattooed and have an up-to-date vaccination card.
- Only 1 animal per location will be allowed.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash, away from public units (sanitary blocks, children's play areas ...). Any animal in freedom will be automatically impounded.
- 1st category dogs are strictly prohibited.
- Access to animals is prohibited, except canvas bungalows.
7.Entry barrier
Access to the campsite with your vehicle is between 7:00 and 22:00 traffic is strictly prohibited outside these hours. On arrival a deposit of 10 euros will be required for the badge.
8.Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in case of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order of a stay near the camp-site, the customer does not benefit from any right of retraction.
9.Cancellation insurance
- We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which makes it possible to obtain the refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (sickness, accident ... see attached insurance note).
- The insurance premium is equal to 3% of the total amount of your stay excluding booking fees and tourist taxes, payable at the time of your reservation (for a rental or a location).
10.Insurance
The company managing the campsite declines any responsibility for the damages suffered by the campers-caravanners, it is their duty to take out insurance for their caravan / tent / vehicle and / or equipment, guaranteeing them in particular in the matter of civil liability.
11.Miscellaneous
All camper is required to comply with the provisions of the rules of the campsite (sent on request). Important-bathing suit or boxer required to access the pool, long shorts are not allowed.
12.Price
A minimum of 7 nights is required for accommodation rentals during high season. Prices do not include tourist tax. For any payment, you will be issued an invoice. Any claims must be made at that time. No later claims will be accepted. Rates have been established on the basis of the economic indices in force at the time of their printing and may be revised according to the regulatory evolution of these (VAT and tourist taxes for example).
13.Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Angers.
