We ask you to carefully read the general & special conditions below. Any reservation request implies full acceptance of these conditions.
OUR SERVICES
Bare pitch This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome. Your stay is calculated from a basic package which includes 1 caravan, tent or motorhome pitch, 1 vehicle, 2 adults and 1 child under 7 years old. Access to reception, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Additional costs (maximum number of people 6 per pitch (adult, child), electricity, additional vehicle, pets, etc.), tourist tax are not included in the package and will be added to it.
Arrival time from 2 p.m.
Departure time before 12 noon
Rental accommodation Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation, any person or child additional to the capacity will not be accepted), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Your accommodation must be restored to its original condition when you leave (cleaning, dust, dishes done, refrigerator and cooking elements cleaned, sanitary facilities, etc.).
All our mobile homes are non-smoking
Visitors: After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, day campers may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.
The camper can receive one or more people visiting the reception. If these people are allowed to enter Camping Le Clos de Balleroy, the camper who receives them is required to pay a fee. This fee gives people the right to access the services and / or facilities of the Campsite.
If the intervention of technical staff in a rental (repair or maintenance) is necessary, the tenant will accept any inconvenience that may be caused, without being able to claim any compensation or indemnity.

BOOKING
The reservation will be considered effective: 1. After confirmation of reservation by the campsite 2. After receipt of the deposit, 3. • Management reserves the right to change the assigned pitch number. Preferences are not guaranteed, except with written confirmation from the campsite.
RULES OF STAY
Payment methods accepted For the deposit as for the balance, you can honor your reservation or your stay by the following payment methods: Bank check, American Express card, holiday voucher, transfer, cash, credit card.
Payment terms Any firm reservation request from the buyer must be made in writing and accompanied:
of the signed contract and a deposit of 35% of the costs of the stay and the contribution for the cancellation / interruption of stay insurance (if subscribed)
This reservation only has contractual value upon receipt by the purchaser of a registration confirmation issued by the campsite.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

MODIFICATION
The customer can request the modification of his stay on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) to the extent of availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of any modification, the customer must complete his stay under the initial booking conditions (duration and type of accommodation) or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
Any request to increase the length of your stay will be made subject to availability and at the rates in force.
Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms of cancellation and interruption of stay.
Unused benefits
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to any refund, even partial.
Free services cannot be refunded or subjected to price reduction in case of temporary or permanent unavailability
Cancellation due to Le Clos de Balleroy campsite
In the event of cancellation due to Le Clos de Balleroy campsite, except in cases of force majeure and administrative closure, the stay will be fully refunded. This cancellation may not, however, give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (recorded delivery) to Le Clos de Balleroy campsite.
If the cancellation occurs:
• More than 30 days before the start date of the stay: the deposit will be kept by the Le Clos de Balleroy campsite.
• Less than 30 days before the start date of the stay:: 100% of the amounts paid will be kept by the Le Clos de Balleroy campsite.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT AND STATE OF PLAY
A deposit of € 450 will be requested upon entering the premises in order to compensate for any breakage or deterioration. as well as a deposit of 65 € will be requested upon entering the premises for cleaning.
The 2 deposits will be returned to you at the end of your stay (or at the latest 10 days after your departure if this does not take place between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.), after deduction of the compensation retained, on a supporting invoice for any damage noted by the exit inventory.
In the event of doubtful cleanliness, the deposit of 65 € will be retained. The accommodation will be left in a perfect state of cleanliness and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary.
The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount thereof.
An inventory is established in each rental, you have 24 hours to drop it off, duly signed at reception, notifying us of any missing or damaged items. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the condition of the premises.
ANIMALS
Only dogs are accepted for a fee payable when booking, except 1st and 2nd category dogs and subject to prior agreement because in some mobile homes dogs are not accepted. We require that dogs be kept on a leash within the campsite. Please respect the hygiene and environment of the host campsite. The health record must be presented on your arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccines and tattoo certificate are mandatory.
PICTURE
You expressly authorize the Le Clos de Balleroy campsite to use photographs and / or films that may be taken during your stay for the communication needs of Le Clos de Balleroy campsite, without consideration, any holidaymaker refusing to be photographed or filmed during his stay must inform the Le Clos de Balleroy campsite in advance and in writing. You also authorize their distribution, publication and marketing on any type of media that may be used.
RESPONSIBILITY
The customer expressly acknowledges that the Le Clos de Balleroy campsite cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or by any third party of false information which would be mentioned in their brochure or their website, and in particular the presentation photos, the qualifiers, activities, leisure activities, services and dates of opening and operation. All photos and texts used in brochures or on websites are non-contractual. They are only indicative. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered and indicated in the description appearing in the brochure are canceled, in particular for climatic reasons or in the event of force majeure, as defined by the French courts.
The campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the equipment of the camper-caravaneer which is of its own doing; insurance for your material in terms of civil liability is compulsory. We decline all responsibility in the event of theft and damage to personal items.
COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
The information communicated during your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered by Le Bellevue campsite as confidential. They will be used only by the internal services of Le Bellevue campsite, to process your order and to strengthen and personalize communication and the range of services reserved for Le Bellevue campsite customers. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose your personal data. LITIGATION
Any complaint concerning non-compliance of services with contractual commitments must be reported by registered letter to the campsite within 30 days of the end of the stay.
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance or the CAEN commercial court.
MEDIATION
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, within one year of his written complaint, the consumer, subject to Article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code, has the option of submitting a request for an amicable resolution by mediation, to
