CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1° All rentals are by specific nomination and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred.
2° PERIOD OF HIRE
-Out of season : minimum 2 days or the week-end
-In season (July – August) : minimum a full week with Saturday arrival no before 16 pm
3° RESERVATION
The reservation only becomes effective with our agreement and upon receipt of payment comprising
-40 % of the total hire cost ( minimum 45 € )
-19,50 € administration charge, which remains under all circumstances at the expense of the hirer.
All payments not accompanied by two contracts, completed and signed, will under no circumstances guarantee this rental. Upon acceptance, one copy will be returned to you.
The maximum number of people allowed in a Mobile Home must always be respected, no matter what the age of your children might be.
No pets in mobile-home
4° NON OCCUPATION
In the absence of a telegraphic message from the hirer, detailing a deferred arrival date, the mobile home will become available 24 hrs after the arrival date specified on the hire agreement and the outstanding payment will remain due.
5° CANCELLATION
In the case of cancellation, the following amounts will be retained of you will owe:
-the administration charge
-a sum equal to 20 % of the total cost of your stay if you cancel more than 15 days before the planned date of arrival
-the full amount of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before the planned date of arrival, or if you do not show up on that date
6° PAYMENT
The amount of your stay is payable in full 15 days before the day of your arrival. No reduction will be entertained in the event late arrival or early departure.
7° ACCOMODATION
Mobile homes are let with covers, kitchen equipment, but without bedding and towels, all in accordance with an inventory displayed inside.
8° SECURITY DEPOSIT
The hirer upon arrival will pay a security deposit of 300 € per mobile home. This will be refunded upon departure after reduction of any expenses of restitution or cost of replacement of missing or damaged articles. A fixed fee of 90 € will be withheld from the security deposit if the mobile home has not be cleaned on the day of departure. Return of keys can only be done after checking the inventory and only then between 8 and 11 on agreement with the reception.
9° CAMPSITE RULES
All hirers are bound by the regulations of Camping Le Capelan. The tribunals of MENDE are sole representatives in respect of any litigation.
En cas de litige et après avoir saisi le service client de l'établissement, tout client du camping a la possibilité de saisir un médiateur de la consommation, dans un délai maximal d'un an à compter de la date de la réclamation écrite, par LRAR, auprès de l'exploitant.
