GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.Registration
The reservation takes effect upon receipt of the signed contract accompanied by the deposit or the total amount of the stay before the limited option date.
In the absence of a reply before the date indicated on the contract, the option will be automatically cancelled.
The balance due for the booked rental must be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival.
Rentals not paid by the due date will be considered cancelled.
The balance due for the reservation of a bare pitch must be paid at the time of departure.
The Semitour retains the deposit paid in accordance with clause 9.
2.Accommodation capacity
The contract is established for a maximum accommodation capacity. If the number of participants exceeds the accommodation capacity, Semitour may refuse to accept additional clients, the contract being deemed to have been terminated by the client. In this case, the rental price remains with the reservation service.
3.Services
Dishes and blankets are provided.
The following are not provided Sheets, household linen and towels.
Possibility of renting sheets (please ask the services)
The maintenance of the rented premises and the cleaning are the responsibility of the occupants.
4.Inventory of fixtures
An inventory and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on arrival and departure in the presence of the client or his representative.
Deposit paid by the tenant at the beginning of the stay :
- 150 € per accommodation unit; it will be retained in case of deterioration or poor maintenance of the premises occupied
- 60 € : the cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, the absence of the cleaning and the cleaning of the dishes will involve its retention.
These deposits are returned at the end of the stay or by mail to the address mentioned on the contract, at the latest within 15 days following the departure of the client, after deduction, if necessary, of the expenses incurred.
5.Tourist tax
The tourist tax will be requested at the end of the payment of the balance according to your place of stay.
6.Rates
The rates are guaranteed firm and definitive.
Charges included: water, gas, electricity, heating.
Charges not included: cancellation insurance, sheet hire.
7.Invoicing of the stay
Payment for the stay can be made by bank or postal cheque, made out to SEMITOUR PERIGORD, by holiday vouchers, by credit card or online with your internet reference.
8.Insurance
The client is responsible for any damage caused by him/her. He/she is invited to check whether he/she is covered by a civil liability insurance policy known as villégiature. SEMITOUR PERIGORD is entitled to ask for a guarantee certificate on arrival.
9.Total or partial cancellation by the client
Any cancellation must be notified by letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the SEMITOUR PERIGORD as soon as possible, the date of this document being the only element taken into account for total or partial cancellation:
The company retains the deposit paid in the event of a cancellation by its client, these sums constituting fixed cancellation indemnities received as compensation for the damage suffered as a result of this default.
The amounts retained by SEMITOUR PERIGORD are as follows:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: €40
- Cancellation between 60 days and 31 days before arrival: 25% of the service.
- Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days before arrival: 75 % of the service.
- Cancellation less than 20 days before arrival: 100% of the service.
At the time of registration, clients have the option of taking out cancellation insurance with the SEMITOUR PERIGORD after their application has been accepted.
10.Late arrival or early departure
The client will not be reimbursed for nights not spent during the stay for any reason whatsoever, nor will he/she be entitled to claim any compensation.
11.Professional insurance
SEMITOUR PERIGORD has taken out Professional Civil Liability insurance.
