Les Cerisiers Natural Campsite

The rental of a pitch or rental accommodation implies full acceptance of the sales conditions by the contracting parties. As such, the customer declares to have read these general conditions of sale before validating his rental.
OUR SERVICES AND PRICES
Rental of camping pitches: We provide you with a bare pitch, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for your tent, your caravan or your camper van (or van). We offer different types of locations (refer to the descriptions on the website). The price of the site: This is a price per night of occupancy. Pitches are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. It includes an installation, 1 or 2 people and a vehicle. This package gives free access to health and reception facilities and to play areas. Supplements: Additional people (adults or children) or additional items on the pitch (second vehicle, animal, electricity, additional tent or barnum, etc.) are subject to a daily cost. Rental of rental accommodation: The description, the definition of the rental seasons as well as the rental periods and durations appear on the website. The rental price includes: rental of accommodation, people (depending on capacity) charges (water in the sanitary facilities, gas, electricity), a vehicle, access to reception services, to play areas. Fully equipped, only sheets and towels are not provided; you can rent them at L'Aire Naturelle at Camping Les Cerisiers. Your accommodation must be repaired and clean when you leave. The rentals are non-smoking. Rentals are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The Natural Area of Camping Les Cerisiers can on weekends except July and August accept a departure in the afternoon instead of 10h depending on availability. Assignment, subletting: All rentals are personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred or sublet. For security reasons, the number of people arriving for a stay may not exceed the capacity of the accommodation / campsite. Note: the allocation of places (camping or rental) is carried out without distinction in the order of registration of reservations. The Management can in no way guarantee that the site or the rental requested by the camper will be allocated to him, except in the case of preferential costs. However, in the event of force majeure, the Aire Naturelle de camping Les Cerisiers reserves the right to modify the allocation of the pitch or the rental. Tariffs and taxes: The tariffs appearing on the internet are in euros, including VAT at the rate in force at the time of printing. Any change or modification of the rate as well as any change in the taxes applicable to your stay, on the invoice date, may be reflected in the price of your stay.
MINORS
Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not accepted on the campsite.
REGULATIONS OF THE STAY
Payment methods accepted
Payment for your stay can be made by credit card (the cards accepted are those from the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / MasterCard networks), by holiday check (sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt), in cash in euros and by check in euros up to 30 days before arrival at the campsite. For reservations on www.camping-maclas.fr and on securholiday.fr: When booking, payment of the deposit or the entire stay is made by credit card (the cards accepted are those of the Carte Bleue, Visa , Eurocard / Mastercard). The transaction is immediately debited from the customer's bank card after verification of the latter's data. In accordance with article L.132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By providing the information relating to his bank card, the customer authorizes L'Aire Naturelle de Camping Les Cerisiers to debit his bank card for the amount of the deposit or the entire stay. To this end, the customer confirms that he is the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name appearing on his bank card is indeed his. Payment of the balance of the stay can be made by credit card, by holiday vouchers (sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt), in cash in euros and by check in euros up to 30 days before arrival at the campsite. Checks are not accepted on the campsite.
Terms of Payment
The reservation of the stay only becomes effective after confirmation by our services and payment by the tenant of a deposit and administration fees (amounts appearing in the commercial brochure or on the website). Payment for stays in Bare pitches: the balance of the stay must be paid the day before leaving the campsite or on the day of arrival, depending on the campsite. Payment of rental stay: The balance of the stay must be paid, without reminder from us, 30 days before the scheduled arrival date for the rental or the day of arrival when the client has not booked. In the absence of full payment by the agreed date, L'Aire Naturelle de Camping Les Cerisiers is entitled to consider that the customer has canceled his reservation and retains the sums already paid.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For rental accommodation, a security deposit, the amount of which appears on the prices, is requested on arrival at the campsite. Payment may be requested by credit card. The latter will be returned in full on the day of departure or at the latest within eight days, after a satisfactory inventory of fixtures. Otherwise, the security deposit will be taken. Damages greater than the amount paid as a security deposit will be the responsibility of the customer after deduction of the security deposit.
DELAYED ARRIVAL, EARLY DEPARTURE
In the absence of a message from the camper, specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the location or accommodation becomes available 24 hours after the date of arrival provided for in the rental contract, and full payment of benefits remain required. No reduction will be granted in the event of an early departure in rental accommodation (see reimbursement possibilities under the cancellation insurance). In the event of an early departure during a stay in a bare pitch, we will only keep the deposit for the days not completed if the stay has been booked.
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY
Cancellation by L'Aire Naturelle de Camping Les Cerisiers: the sums paid will be refunded. Cancellation by the customer: the customer must notify the campsite in writing. Failing this, the customer will be required to pay the sums due under the contract. According to Article L. 121-20-4 - 2° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a date or according to a determined periodicity. Cancellation of a rental stay: For any stay canceled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the sums paid, the administrative costs and the possible amount of subscription to the cancellation insurance remain acquired by the campsite. . Less than 30 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show at the campsite, the total amount of the rental, the administration fees and any insurance contribution are due and retained. In the case of an interruption of stay already started, no refund can be made. Cancellation of a camping pitch: Whatever the date of cancellation, the sums paid, the administrative costs and the possible amount of subscription to the cancellation insurance remain acquired by the campsite. To obtain any compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance when booking. This will allow you to obtain partial or total reimbursement of your stay, according to the conditions provided for in the insurance contract.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
All campers are required to comply with the internal rules of the campsite under penalty of sanction which may go as far as the termination of the contract.
ASSURANCE
We decline all responsibility in the event of theft and damage to personal items on the campsite. The Natural Area of Camping Les Cerisiers cannot be held responsible in the event of theft or damage to the personal belongings of campers. It is also recalled that the car parks are not guarded and that parking is therefore done at the user's own risk.
PROMOTIONS - LAST MINUTE SALES
On these occasions, customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the highest price will in no case be able to benefit from a refund representing the difference in price they have paid and the promotional price. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions.
