GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Article 1: A rental mobile home, caravan or camping site will be
taken into account and will be effective only after having duly completed and signed the lease and after having paid the company Aqualex camping, the down payment requested on the latter.
Article 2: The fact that you sign this contract commits you to accept all conditions
general sales.
Article 3: The contract can be denounced only in case of force majeure by a mediator. In case of dispute and after entering the customer service of the establishment, any customer of the campsite has the opportunity to seize a consumer mediator, within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint , by LRAR, from the operator. Article 4: In case of breach of contract, the deposit will be retained.
Article 5: The rental agreement will show a specific date of arrival and departure.
Article 6: In case of cancellation in case of force majeure the reservist is not required to pay the full balance of the stay.
Article 7: All rentals are registered and can not be assigned or sublet.
Article 8: The renting becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of a payment of deposit of a fixed amount on the contract.
Article 9: The total amount of the stay is fully payable on the day of arrival at the campsite and 30 days before your arrival date for rentals of chalets, mobile homes, canvas bungalows and caravans in case of payment by check. No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Article 10: For all changes of dates of stay, it can not be guaranteed the same location or the same
chalet, mobile home, caravan or canvas bungalow.
Article 11: Any customer is required to comply with the provisions of the site rules, otherwise the exclusion without refund request will be made.
Article 12: The supervision of minors by their parents or guardians is obligatory, the direction of the campsite declines any responsibility in the event of an accident.
Article 13: The surveillance of visitors is the responsibility of the campers who receive them, they must be known at the reception.
Article 14: Dogs or cats are accepted if they are a day of their vaccines, if they are on a leash, do not leave them alone on the pitch or in the rental, dogs of 1st and 2nd category are prohibited .
Article 15: The campsite declines all responsibilities in case of theft or incident under the civil liability of the camper.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Article 1: For the customer who does not come for any reason whatsoever no refund will be made except in case of purchase of the cancellation insurance sold by the campsite through the company CAMPEZ COUVERT at the time of the booking.
Article 2: Any stay started is due in full.
Article 3: The expenses of files will not be the object of a credit.
Article 4: The cancellation insurance refunds all the sums paid before the arrival of the stay.
The insurance premium must be fully paid upon booking the stay and is non-refundable.
