TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING CAMPSITE TY NENEZ ***
TO BOOK A MOBILE HOME OR A PITCH
Thank you for your request, here are our terms and conditions:
1-Your proposal is available 7 days and a payment of a deposit of 30% will be asked to confirm your book
Stay in Mobile-Homes is to be settled 30 days before your arrival
Stay on pitch will be paid during the arrival day
2-If you rent a mobile-home, a payment of 390 euros will be asked at your arrival and will be returned at your departure
3-Don't forget to provide your civil liability insurance during your stay
4-Our optional cancellation insurance must be subscribed at the booking moment. It will be valid only if all of the amount stay is paid before your arrival
5-If a under-18s make a reservation, he will have to be accompanied by an adult at the
arrival and at the departure. A parental consent will be mandatory at the reservation
6-An inventory is done before your arrival, you'll have to indicate us any possible anomaly at the arrival day. An other inventory will be done with you at your departure
7-The booking of a mobile-home during the summer have to be at least of 7 days and 2 or 3 or 4 days during large week-end, dates are precise on our website
8-All the tenants have to respect our internal rules, available on our website
DETAILS OF RENTS
1- The mobile-home booking includes:
-The rent of the chosen model, is adapted to the number of persons planned on the rent contract
-You can park a car near the mobile-home or on a parking during strong influence periods, only one car is allowed for a mobile-home
- The electricity con sumption will be charged to you in extra from January to June and from September to December, real consumption on an individual meter (0.24 euros/kw)
-You'll find inside the mobile-home: the dishes, baking sheets, refrigerator, television, a microwave oven, coffee maker…
-Don't forget to bring your sheets, pillowcase, towels (you can also rent them)
-You'll have access to the swimming pool, campsite equipments, playground…
-Arrivals are made between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and the departure are made between 9:00 am and 11:00 am (housework done)
-The animals are not accepted in the mobile home
2-The pitch booking for canvas or camper (maximum 4 persons per pitch) includes:
-Your pitch
-Your possible options (electricity or more…)
-You'll have access to the swimming pool, campsite equipments, playground and warmed toilets…
-Arrivals are made between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and the departure are made between 9:00 am and 12:00 am
-Animals are accepted, there are under your responsibility and must be kept on a leash, you've to bring it health book during your stay. no accepted: catégorie 1 and 2

DELAYS ANNULATION AND INTERRUPTIONS OF STAY
All rent, have to be occupied before 7:00 pm on your arrival day, mentioned on your contract.
In accordance to the article L 121.20 of the consumption code, you will not benefit from the right to withdraw within the framework of the supply of hosting service offer, of leisure activities supplied in a date or according to determined periodicity.
- For any cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the deposit paid will be kept.
- For any cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the entire amount of the stay will be retained. Cancellation costs may be covered by the subscription to the insurance offered for booking.
A premature departure or the not presence the planned day, can't give rise to a refund and enable us to have the rent or the pitch directly the next day.
