* The rental starts Saturday at 15:00 and ends Saturday at 10:00.
* The rental becomes effective with our agreement by mail and after receipt of the signed contract and accompanied by a payment corresponding to 30% of the cost of the stay.
* One month before the arrival date, the balance of your stay must be paid in full.
Payment method accepted: credit card - check - cash - checks vacances.
Any stay less than a week must be paid in full.
All rentals are nominative and can not be rented or sold under any circumstances.
In the absence of the written message of the customer stating that he had to postpone the date of arrival, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the date mentioned on the contract and full payment of benefits remains required.
No reduction will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
In case of cancellation you will be retained or you have to:
-the booking fees and as compensation for breach of contract, cancellation made 1 month before;
-an amount equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 15 days before the expected date of arrival;
-an amount equal to the total of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before the scheduled date of arrival or if you do not show up on that date.
* A deposit of 200 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure after the inventory. A lump sum of 50 € will be charged if the cleaning has not been done before your departure.
* Any broken equipment will be replaced or paid.
* For the pool, no shorts , only underpants and swim boxers are allowed.
* Linens, sheets and bath towels are not provided.
* It is the customer's responsibility to check that his / her Multi-Risk Residential Home Policy provides for the extension of his / her warranties to this lease; both in terms of rental responsibility and own property.

Cancellation insurance:
* Domaine Tarn Valley offers optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental agreement.
Our partner Gritchen Affinity agrees to refund all or part of the stay to customers who have taken out insurance (depending on conditions)
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is foreseen in the general conditions
(available on www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.
