General Terms and Conditions of Sale
All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances. The Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation, without compensation, on the day of arrival if the occupants are not those mentioned in the reservation contract.
Reservation: Reservations will only be considered upon receipt of the duly completed reservation contract and a deposit of 30%. If not returned within a maximum of 10 days, the reservation will be null and void. We will then send you a confirmation letter, the only real proof of your reservation. Only the persons listed on the reservation contract may stay at the campsite.
Payment of the balance: The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date for accommodation rentals and on the day of arrival for pitch rentals.
Late arrival and early departure: Without a phone message specifying a delay in arrival, the accommodation or pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned in this contract, and the amount remains due to the campsite LA PORTE D'AUTAN. No reduction or refund will be granted in the case of a late arrival or early departure. Any stay begun is due in full.
Cancellation conditions:
More than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, reservation fees and cancellation insurance will be retained, and the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date or if the client does not show up on that date, the stay cannot be modified (date, duration, etc.) and is due in full.
In case of cancellation by the campsite LA PORTE D'AUTAN, except in cases of force majeure, the total amount paid by the client will be refunded, including administrative fees.
Cancellation insurance: Optional Cancellation and Interruption of stay insurance is offered at the time of reservation. Our partner MEETCH commits to refund all or part of the stay to vacationers according to their general terms and conditions of sale.
Pitch: The comfort, privilege, and privilege + packages include: the pitch for 1 or 2 people + a motorhome or pitch for 1 or 2 people + a tent/caravan (excluding double axle) + a car, electricity (one connection 6A, 10A, or 16A depending on and per pitch, multiple sockets prohibited), access to sanitary facilities and infrastructures. Maximum capacity of 6 people per pitch. Arrivals are after 12 pm and before 7 pm, and departures before 12 pm.
Accommodation:
a.) In July and August: Arrivals are after 4 pm and before 7 pm
In April, May, June, September, and October: Arrivals are after 5 pm and before 7 pm
b.) Access to the rental is subject to full payment of reserved services, as well as a mandatory security deposit of €350 for the rental and cleaning.
c.) The €350 security deposit covers loss, breakage, or damage to the rented equipment. Final cleaning and cleanliness of the premises are your responsibility. The accommodation must be returned in the same clean state it was rented to you, under penalty of deduction from the deposit (minimum €60). Smoking inside the rental is strictly prohibited. It can be paid by check, cash, or credit card and will be returned no later than 15 days after the departure of the tenant.
d.) Under no circumstances should the number of tenants exceed the accommodation's capacity (see accommodation description). The campsite LA PORTE D'AUTAN reserves the right to refuse access to the rental if the number of participants exceeds the accommodation's capacity.
e.) Only one vehicle is allowed per rental. Additional vehicles must be parked in the exterior parking lot of the campsite.
f.) Only one dog is allowed per rental (excluding unusual accommodations where animals are not allowed). It must not be left alone in the accommodation, and it is not allowed on the beds or sofa (subject to an additional fee).
g.) LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED. All beds are equipped with mattress covers, blankets, and pillows. It is not allowed to use the beds without sheets.
h.) Departures: the premises must be vacated by 10 am. The exit inventory will be conducted between 8 am and 10 am. You must schedule an appointment at the reception the day before your departure at the latest. Any unscheduled departure will be carried out freely by the client, and the inventory will be conducted later by the management. The security deposit will be canceled or returned by mail, provided that the rental is returned in good and proper condition.
Fridge rental: For any fridge rental, a security deposit of €50 will be required. The equipment must be returned in the state in which it was rented to you, in perfect condition, defrosted, and cleaned.
Reservation fees: Reservation fees are €10 and are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
Prices: The prices indicated are valid for the 2024 season. They are quoted in euros, including VAT.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax instituted by the Community of Communes is not included in our rates. It is collected per person over 18 years old and per day, from January 1 to December 31.
Image rights: You expressly authorize, without compensation, LA PORTE D'AUTAN to use on any medium the photos of you and your children that may be taken during your stay, for the campsite's advertising needs. Otherwise, please indicate it upon your arrival.
Internal regulations: The client agrees to respect and ensure that the people accompanying them respect the campsite's internal regulations, which will be brought to their attention by display at the entrance and reception of the campsite.
Responsibility: The responsibility of the campsite LA PORTE D'AUTAN is not engaged in case of theft, loss, or damage of any kind during or after a stay, malfunction or deactivation of technical equipment. Civil Liability insurance is mandatory. No refund is possible if services are canceled or closed for reasons beyond our control (bad weather, water quality, etc.). The campsite cannot be held responsible for external events that could reduce or cancel your stay.
Internal life
Swimming pool: Unsupervised, children remain under the supervision of their parents. For hygiene reasons, only swimsuits are allowed in the pools (shorts and bermudas are prohibited). To respect this area and the water quality, do not enter with shoes and do not smoke there. The pool is strictly reserved for people staying at the campsite. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15 from 10 am to 8 pm.
Children's play area: Children are under the responsibility of their parents.
Animals: Your pet is accepted on a leash at all times, never alone in the rental or on a pitch, upon presentation of up-to-date vaccination records. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited within the campsite. For obvious hygiene reasons, their needs must not be done inside or near the campsite. They are not allowed in the sanitary facilities. They must not be a nuisance to other campers, otherwise the Management reserves the right to terminate the stay. Limited to 2 dogs per pitch and 1 dog per rental (excluding unusual accommodations).
Cleanliness: Please respect the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the campsite. The sanitary facilities are not play areas, leave them as clean as you would like to find them. Cigarette butts should not be thrown on the ground but in the ashtrays provided for this purpose. It is forbidden to play/waste water or wash your car.
Trash: Dispose of your garbage bags in the containers located at the entrance of the campsite. Don't forget to sort your waste!
Safety: Ground fires, fireworks, and firecrackers are strictly prohibited. Barbecues are only allowed in the designated area.
Silence: Silence must be total between 11 pm and 8 am. Vehicle traffic is limited to 10 km/h and is prohibited within the campsite between 10:30 pm and 8 am (the access barrier is closed during these hours).
Visitors: All visitors are welcome under the responsibility of their hosts. Upon arrival, they must check in at the reception and pay the applicable fee for a stay longer than 2 hours. They do not have access to the pool.
