TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions define the terms of sale between NGE and the customers, from the time the booking is made through to payment and performance of the rental contract. The booking of a stay implies the customer's unqualified acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and the campsite rules. NGE reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions of sale at any time.
• BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Subject to the campsite management's agreement, the booking becomes final when the customer accepts the terms and conditions of sale during the online booking procedure, or on receipt of the completed, signed booking contract and payment of the deposit (25% of the value of the stay) and non-refundable booking fee. The booking is made in the customer's name.

Once your booking has been approved, we will send you a confirmation.
No optional extra or booking can be confirmed unless the deposit has been paid within 8 days of receipt of the contract, the online booking or the phone booking. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt, which may not be transferred to a third party. You will have to present this acknowledgement of receipt when you arrive.
The balance due on your stay will have to be paid 14 days before you arrive at the campsite. The balance due will be calculated on the arrival and departure dates shown on the booking form.
• RATES, TOURIST TAX and SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The prices listed in the rate schedules displayed at reception, on the website or supplied on request are shown in euros, including VAT.
The tourist tax is applied per night and per person over the age of 18. The campsite rates do not include the tourist tax.
Campsite pitches : The daily rate includes, for two people: the pitch for the tent, caravan or motorhome, use of the shower and toilet facilities and reception facilities. We charge extra for the following: the tourist tax, electricity, additional occupants, pets.
Rentals : our rental accommodation comes equipped with tableware and bedding (blankets and pillows). You may also use the reception facilities. The basic rate is for one to eight people, depending on the type of rental accommodation. The campsite reserves the right to refuse entry to groups or families who arrive with more people than the capacity of the accommodation they have rented.
• INVENTORY
When you leave, we will make an inventory of the premises, furniture, equipment and kitchen utensils. Tenants are required to check the content of the inventory when they arrive and report any discrepancies. You will be required to pay a €300 deposit on arrival.
We will refund this sum in full on the day you leave, if the premises and the equipment are returned to us in good working order and cleanliness and compliance with the inventory. In the absence of cleaning done by the client before departure, a cleaning fee of € 70 will be deducted from the deposit.
Furthermore, any breakage, shows degradation (defilement, filth), damage or loss will be charged and deducted from the amount of the deposit according to the repair bill and / or rehabilitation.
Departures inventories are carried out between 8am and 10am. If you have to leave early and outside office hours, we will return the deposit to you by post within one month, after inspecting the premises.
• CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS – Standard terms and conditions
You can change your booking at no extra cost, subject to availability at the campsite and the management's approval. We will not refund a deposit paid on the sole grounds of the pitch's location.
Should you decide to interrupt or curtail your stay (by arriving late or departing early), you are not entitled to a refund.
If the campsite cancels your stay, we will refund your deposit in full.
However, should the campsite be obliged to cancel because of force majeure, we will not pay any compensation or accept any complaints
If you have to cancel your stay, you should send a recorded-delivery letter to the campsite. The following amounts will be either deducted from your deposit or you will remain liable to pay them: 1) Booking fee and insurance fee and 2) as compensation for breach of contract :
- An amount equal to 25% of the cost of the stay if you cancel over 30 days before the scheduled arrival date
- An amount equal to the total cost of the stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date or if you do not arrive on this date.
SERENITY STAY FORMULA – free until December 31. 2025
The Serenity Stay formula replaces the standard cancellation conditions above.
In view of the health conditions linked to COVID19, Nantes Camping is committed to protecting your vacation
For any reservation made until december 31, 2025 :
- Reservation and cancellation free of charge until D-14: book your stay with a deposit of 25% and modify or cancel it free of charge up to 14 days before the start of your stay. You pay the amount of your reservation only 14 days before your stay.
- Refund of your stay: after payment of your reservation, you benefit from a full refund of the amount paid in the event of cancellation of your stay for one of the following reasons:
- containment of your area of residence or the area of the campsite on the dates of your reservation.
- closure of the borders between your country of residence and France
- obligation to quarantine on arrival or return from your stay in France.
For any other reason for cancellation (e.g. in case of illness), you can take out cancellation insurance (see above).
• CANCELLATION INSURANCE
We would encourage you to take out cancellation insurance. If you have to cancel for one of the reasons covered by the insurance contract, you will be reimbursed in full or in part for your stay, as per the conditions set out in the contract, with the exception of the booking fee. Mediation of consumer disputes
