BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the Pré Vologne campsite, after receipt of the payment of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online and regulation
. • Reservations are binding on the Pré Vologne campsite only if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances likely to be harmful when the reservation is made. The Pré Vologne campsite offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation which would be contrary to this principle, or which would seek to divert it.
The reservation of a campsite or a rental is made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.
Rental
The rental accommodation is equipped. The basic package is 2 to 8 places depending on the type of rental
The Pré Vologne campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Booking fee
reservations fees offered only for rentals and pitches booked online otherwise a sum of 20 euros will be requested.
The accommodation offered on the Pré Vologne camping merchant website is intended exclusively for individual customers.
The prices indicated are valid for the 2020 season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
The amount of the tourist tax is 0.50 euros in addition.
PAYMENT TERMS
For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of the start of the stay at the campsite.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking at the campsite.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
Modification of your reservation The Customer can request the modification of his stay on the campsite (dates, type of accommodation) on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) subject to availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season.
In the absence of any modification, the customer must make his stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it under the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
Any request to increase the length of your stay will be made subject to availability and according to the rates in force.
Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms of cancellation and interruption of stay.
Unused services Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you cannot give rise to a refund.
Cancellation by the Pré Vologne campsite In the event of cancellation by the Pré Vologne campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. This cancellation may not, however, give rise to the payment of damages.
Cancellation by the camper, No refund will be made without subscription to the guarantee or cancellation insurance payable by the camper.
YOUR STAY
Arrival • arrivals are from 1pm
Rental accommodation: on the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be greeted from 4:00 p.m., and when the keys to your rental are handed over, a deposit will be requested.
During your stay It is up to the camper to ensure: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bikes, etc.). The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident involving the civil liability of the camper. All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each title tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by people who stay with him or visit him.
Departure
Rental accommodation: on the day of departure indicated on your contract, rental accommodation must be vacated before 11 a.m.
The accommodation will be left in a perfect state of cleanliness, and the inventory can be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary.
The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after deduction of the compensation retained, on supporting invoices, for any damage noted by the inventory of fixtures. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.
In the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of a minimum value of € 70 including tax will be requested.
For any delayed departure, you may be billed for an additional day at the prevailing nightly rate.
ANIMALS
Animals are accepted (except dogs of the 1st and 2nd category) for a fee payable when booking. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited around swimming pools, in food stores and in buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.
PICTURE
You authorize the Pré Vologne campsite, as well as any representative who wishes to replace you, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at the Pré Vologne campsite and to use the said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particularly on the Pré Vologne camping sites or Internet pages - including facebook - on the Pré Vologne camping presentation and promotion materials and on travel or tourist guides). This authorization is valid for both you and the people staying with you. Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the Pré Vologne campsite and cannot in any way damage your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
LITIGATION
Any possible complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services in relation to the contractual commitments can be reported by mail or e-mail to the campsite manager. MEDIATION In the context of a dispute, you have the possibility of contacting us as follows:
- Sending a letter by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the manager of the Pré Vologne campsite 12 rue du Pré DIXI 88640 Granges- Aumontzey - If you are not satisfied with the answer, you have the possibility to contact the Mediation Center of the Tribunal de great instance of Epinal.
The customer expressly acknowledges that the Pré vologne campsite cannot be held responsible, due to the communication by its partners or by any third party of false information which would be mentioned in the brochure or the website concerning the reception sites, and in particular presentation photos, qualifiers, activities, hobbies, services and dates of operation. All photos and texts used in the brochure or on the Pré Vologne campsite website are non-contractual. They are only indicative. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered by the Pré vologne campsite and indicated in the description in the brochure are canceled, in particular for climatic reasons or in the event of force majeure as defined by the French courts.
