Terms and conditions of sale
1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
These general terms and conditions of sale apply automatically, without restriction or reservation, to all purchases of accommodation (rental o f bare pitches, accommodation rental), catering services, entertainment or any other service offered by the <> hereinafter referred to as the < CAlvlPlhG>; accommodation rental), catering services, entertainment or any other service offered by the <> hereinafter referred to as the < CAlvlPlhG > to consumers and customers hereinafter referred to as the << CLIENT >>. The main features of the services are presented on the CMIPING website s^ vias.c.inipinginontt°artoux cons. The CUSTOMER is required to read them before placing any order. The choice or purchase of a service is the sole responsibility of the CLIENT. The rules and regulations are displayed on the campsite premises. These terms and conditions and the internal regulations apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, in particular those applicable to other service marketing circuits or on the Internet.
2 - RIGHT OF W I T H D R A W A L In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Hirer is hereby informed that he/she has no right of withdrawal following signature of this contract.
3 - R E S E R V A T I O N For all risen'ation, an <> art recorded (subject to availability) upon receipt of your request. This is valid for a maximum of 7 days. The reservation only becomes firm on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the basic price + supplements (taxes) and the booking contract dated and signed by the CLIENT. All bookings are by name and may not under any circumstances be passed on or sublet without the agreement of the CAMPING under penalty of being declared void. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The CAMPING reserves the right to refuse a CLIENT if he/she has previously caused damage, breached safety regulations or interfered with other clients' peaceful enjoyment of the campsite. 4 - PAYMENT OF THE B A L A N C E If the CLIENT has paid a deposit for the reservation, the balance of the stay is payable in full no later than the day of arrival.
5 - TAXE DE SEJOUR' ( TOURIST TAX) The tourist taxes collected on behalf of the municipalities are given for information only and are not contractual. They must be paid by the CLIENT on arrival.
6 - CANCELLATION : The CLIENT may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. The CLIENT must pay 50% of the total amount if he/she cancels within 30 days of arrival. If the CLIENT does not show up, he/she must pay the full amount of the reservation. If the CE\IPING is unable to honour the contract, for whatever reason, the client will be reimbursed double the deposit paid.
7 - RESERVATION CHANGES : No reduction or refund will be made in the event of: absence, late arrival, early departure; if all or some of the occupants are absent one or more times during their stay. If the CUSTOMER fails to arrive within 24 hours of the start of the holiday, without providing proof and/ or information of the CUSTOMER's arrival, the C.ùhIPING will dispose of the pitch or rental accommodation.
8 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Arrivals for accommodation and pitches are from 4pm to 7pm and departures before 11am. Any delay in arrival must be expressly noted by CAnIPING. Any delay will not give rise to reimbursement and no reduction in the price may be claimed on the il3Îtial amount.
9 - ADDITIONAL PERSON AND/OR VISITOR : If, on arrival or during the stay, the number of tenants exceeds that specified on the contract, the C.MlPlhG reserves the right to refuse the
tenants, or to demand an increase in price according to the tariff in force. Additional vehicles and visitors will also be charged according to the current tariff. For security reasons, all visitors must report to reception and pay the applicable fee. Any fraudulent introduction of visitors will be penalised. Access to the swimming pool and showers is not permitted to visitors.
10 - D O M E S T I C ANIMALS Pets are accepted at an additional charge per animal and per day, provided they are kept on a lead by an adult and must be accompanied outside the campsite to relieve themselves. Under no circumstances may they remain alone on the pitch or in the accommodation and must not disturb the neighbourhood by barking or soiling. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. In the event of non-compliance, the C.4bIPlNG may order the eviction of the dog and its owners.
11 - SECURITY DEPOSIT AND INVENTORY OF FIXTURES : A deposit of €350.00 (by cheque, cash or credit card imprint) is required before you take possession of your rental property to guarantee that it will be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any complaint about the condition or inventory of the accommodation must be brought to the attention of the Management no later than 3 days following the date on which the complaint was lodged. the finish. On the day of your departure, the accommodation must be returned before 11am. The inventory will be checked by the cleaning staff during the day and after your departure. Within 7 days the CAMPING may confirm the destruction/cancellation of the deposit or send an invoice for cleaning services and/or damage. A note may also be requested for stays on pitches, for example for group stays. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday, no later than 7 days after the end of the holiday, less any compensation deducted for any damage caused to communal facilities, notified to the CLIENT within 3 days of the end of the holiday. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.
12 - SWIMMING P O O L Strictly reserved for campsite guests, the swimming pool is not supervised and children remain the sole responsibility of their parents.
13 INTER-COEUR RULES . All CLIENTS are required to comply scmipttleusemeiit with the establishment's internal regulations, which are displayed and a copy of which is available on request. All renters must have holiday and/or civil liability insurance. The CAMPSITE accepts no liability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather or other accidents for which the CLIENT is responsible.
14 - CLAIMS : Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent within 7 days of taking possession by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
