RENTAL AGREEMENT
 
1 - ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION
SAS CAMPING LA CORCONNE, capital: 5000€, registered at RCS Nîmes 
n ° SIREN 852 147 784 00015, APE: 5530Z, located at a place called La Corconne, route de Valleraugue, RD 986 - Km 55 - 30570 St André de Majencoules, tel: + 33 (0) 4 67 82 46 82, website www.lacorconne.com, email: contact@lacorconne.com, 41 pitches, 1 gîte and nine chalets. 
2 - GENERAL INFORMATION
The campsite is located at an altitude of 207 m, 60 km from the sea, from the train station and from Montpellier airport.
At the foot of the Cévennes National Park, on a 5 hectare property, the campsite is part of a wooded area, along the Hérault river, with its body of water. The village of Valleraugue is located 12km away, with a bakery, grocery store, butcher, newsagent, pharmacy and it is the starting point for marked hiking trails maintained by the Cévennes National Park.
 
3 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
LE CAMPING de la CORCONNE makes available to its client, who accepts it, the accommodation or pitch mentioned in its quotation/contract, located in the Corconne campsite, under the following conditions:
3.1 The client undertakes to use the present accommodation only as a leisure residence.
3.2 Common pets are allowed at an extra charge, except for category 1 and 2 dogs. Pets must be kept on a leash in the property, always in the company of an adult and their vaccinations must be up to date. The vaccination booklet must be presented on arrival. Pets are not allowed in the cottages or in the gite.
3.3 The quotation-contract is agreed for the period mentioned in its body.
3.4 The client may use the premises after 4.30 pm and must leave before 11 am.
3.5 All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
3.6 In the absence of an email or telephone message from the client stating that he/she has had to postpone the date of arrival, the accommodation or pitch becomes available twenty-four hours after the date of arrival mentioned in the quote/contract (the following day at noon).
3.7 - The payment of a deposit of 30% of the invoice confirms the reservation and constitutes acceptance of the contract. The deposit is a commitment and does not give rise to a refund in the event of cancellation of the stay by the client.
3.8 The amount of the stay must be paid in full one month before the day of arrival of the client. If no payment is received from the client, the reservation will be considered as cancelled and the operator will be able to use the accommodation as he sees fit. No discount will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
4 - RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 The hire is granted for the price stated in the quotation/contract. This price is a fixed price for the maximum number of persons mentioned in the quotation/contract. The number of persons may in no case exceed the total capacity legally granted to the hire.
4.2 Deposit: the confirmation of the reservation will be effective upon payment of a deposit equivalent to one third of the total amount of the invoice.
4.3 Payment can be made by bank/postal cheque or postal order made out to Camping de la Corconne SIDO, or by bank transfer to the following account

It is the client's responsibility to provide proof of payment.
4.4 For the chalets and gîtes, the price includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity in high season. In medium and low season, the customer must pay an additional electrical package, the consumption of water and gas is included in the price.
4.5 The price does not include the following extra services: household linen, heating, cleaning, restaurant service and tourist tax (0.22€/night/adult; children under 18 are exempt). 
5 - LOADS
For chalets and gîtes:
 5.1 A deposit of 500 euros will be paid by the client on the day of arrival. This deposit will be returned to the client on the day of departure and after checking that the property is in the same condition as it was when you left. In the event of non-compliance, the cost of restoring the premises and the value of the missing or damaged equipment will be deducted.
5.2 For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to sleep directly on the mattresses, their protection or in the blankets. It is the client's responsibility to sleep in the bedding that he/she has brought or rented as part of a hotel service.
5.3 A cleaning fee of 60 euros is payable by the client at the end of the stay. The client undertakes to maintain the accommodation in an acceptable state of hygiene and to carry out a minimum cleaning before his departure (dustbins emptied, clean dishes, bed linen removed from the beds, tables cleaned, sinks, washbasins and toilets empty).
In this case, in addition to the minimum cleaning at the start, the client undertakes to clean the floor to ceiling, the fridge, the hob, the oven, the kitchen and bathroom units, windows, door handles and switches. 
5.4 Insurance: The rented premises are insured against all risks and under the responsibility of the owner. The tenant is obliged to insure the rented premises against the risks that correspond to it. 
For all rentals: 
5.5 The client undertakes to respect and to ensure that the persons occupying the rented accommodation respect the internal regulations below, which are also displayed at the campsite reception, on the website www.lacorconne.com, and available on request. 
The payment of the deposit serves as confirmation of the reservation mentioned in the quotation/contract, as a signature of the quotation/contract, and as an attestation of the reading of the internal regulations. 
The contract proposal mentioned in the quotation/contract is valid for 1 week from the date of receipt of the quotation/contract; after one week, and without payment of the deposit, this proposal may be cancelled and the operator may use the accommodation at his convenience.


 
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
FROM THE CORCONNE CAMPSITE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Conditions of admission and stay : To be admitted to enter, settle or stay on the campsite, you must have been authorised by the manager or his representative. The latter is obliged to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present internal regulations are respected. The fact of staying on the campsite implies the acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them. No one may take up residence on the campsite. 
Police formalities: Minors not accompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorisation from their parents, and under the responsibility of at least one accompanying adult.In application of article R. 611-35 of the Code de l'Entrée et du Séjour des Etrangers et du Droit d'Asile (Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right to Asylum), the manager is required to have the foreign client fill out and sign an individual police form on arrival. It must mention in particular: 1° Surname and first names; 2° Date and place of birth; 3° Nationality; 4° Habitual residence. Children under 15 years of age may appear on the card of one of the parents. 
Installation: The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative. 
Reception desk: Open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 4.30 pm to 7 pm in high season only. At the reception desk you will find all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of refreshment, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the area and various addresses that may be useful. A system for collecting and processing complaints is available to customers. 
Display: These rules and regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to each customer who requests it. In the same way, the classification category with the mention tourism is displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to the customers under the conditions fixed by order of the Minister of consumption and can be consulted at the reception desk. 
Departure arrangements: Customers are asked to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must pay their ancillary sales notes the day before, if applicable. 
Noise and silence: Customers are asked to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbours. Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Doors and trunks should be closed as quietly as possible. Dogs and other animals should never be left unattended. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. The manager ensures the peace and quiet of his guests by setting times when there must be complete silence, i.e. from 1 am. to 7 am. 
Visitors: After having been authorised by the manager or his representative, and after having paid a visitor's fee, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The customer may receive one or more visitors at the reception desk. The services and facilities of the campsites are accessible to visitors. 
Vehicle traffic and parking: The campsite is pedestrianised. However, it is possible to drive as close as possible to the pitch/cottage/gîte on the first and last day of your stay in order to unload and load your belongings. The vehicle will then be left in the parking space assigned to the client.Within the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h. Traffic is allowed from 7 am to 8 pm. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on the campsite may be driven on the campsite. Parking is strictly forbidden on the pitches usually occupied by the accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not impede traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.
Behaviour and appearance of the facilities: Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, especially sanitary facilities. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or into the gutters. Customers must empty waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose. Household refuse, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in the bins provided for this purpose. Campers must sort their waste. Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to put nails in the trees, to pick flowers or to cut branches. It is not permitted to dig up the ground. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campsite will be charged to the person responsible. The pitch used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it on arrival. 
Safety : 
a) Fire. Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in dangerous conditions. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground, even if they are extinguished. In the event of fire, the management must be notified immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. A first aid kit is available at the reception desk. 
b) Theft: The management is responsible for the items left at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. Campers are responsible for their own facilities and must report any suspicious persons to the management. Guests are asked to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment. 
c) Swimming. The campsite is situated on the banks of a river which offers many more or less accessible places for swimming. Even if some accesses have been fitted out to reduce the risk of falling, the campsite limits do not include the river banks which are left in their natural state. The campsite does not provide swimming supervision and cannot be held responsible for accidents that may occur outside the campsite boundaries (banks and river).
Electrical connections: For safety reasons, it is forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle on the campsite.
Games: No violent or disturbing games may be played near the facilities. The meeting room (la Tonnelle) may not be used for boisterous games. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents. There are various play areas available for children, including one for children under 4 years of age. Children must be accompanied by and under the supervision of their parents. The campsite cannot be held responsible for any misuse of its playgrounds.
Garage: Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the campsite with the agreement of the management and only on the pitch indicated. A charge may be made for this service. 
Infringement of the internal regulations: In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or does not respect the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated infringement of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.
