RESERVATION CONDITION
The request does not constitute a definitive reservation until it is validated by the reservation service. The client undertakes to pay the balance of the rental stay at the latest 30 days before arrival. GROUP RESERVATION
Any reservation of more than 3 accommodations by the same person or by different persons but knowing each other and travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates is considered a group. For all group booking requests, you must contact Les Ilots de St Val campsite. The campsite reserves the right to study your request and to make you a proposal according to your expectations. General conditions of sale specific to groups will be communicated to you and must be accepted.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION
The customer can ask for the modification of his stay (dates, type of accommodation, and composition of the stay...) that the campsite may accept or refuse, subject to availability and possibilities. No carry-over will be accepted for the next season. In the absence of modification, the customer will have to carry out his stay or cancel it according to the conditions of the insurance cancellation.
Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be submitted to the cancellation and interruption of your stay.
UNUSED BENEFITS/CANCELLATION
An early departure, a late arrival, a cancellation will not give place to any refunding by the camp-site itself and payments will be retained as compensation. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance which is offered to you.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Campez Couvert cancellation insurance can be contacted at the time of booking. Its cost is 3.5% of the amount of the stay (excluding booking fees). TARIFS
The prices, indicated in euros, are available on our website or on request for a quote by phone on 00 33 (0)2 37 82 71 30 or by e-mail. Prices will be confirmed by the campsite at the time of booking. It is up to the camper to assess before booking whether the rate suits him. Rates include access to reception and leisure facilities. Rates for options or activities not included are indicated on our website and in our brochure.
RENTAL PITCH
The comfort package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or motor home as well as the electrical connection. Except the cycle or stop package for motorhome reception (at specific conditions, see price list).
The pitches are rented from 12h to 12h. An arrival before 12pm or a departure after 12pm will involve the payment of a supplement. The location set by the manager takes into account the client's preferences as much as possible. These Preferences are to be specified at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed or required under any circumstances. In the event that the preferential demand option would be chosen and paid for by the client, the manager undertakes to take this into account within the limits of availability. If it is not possible to guarantee the request at the time of booking, the amount corresponding to this option will not be collected by the institution.
ACCOMMODATION RENTAL
The prices are indicated per lodging, they include the number of persons indicated, as well as the consumptions normal water, gas and electricity and parking for a vehicle. (For stays longer than 2 weeks, plan a participation in expenses in the event of exceeding the posted fixed expenses) The occupancy of the accommodation is strictly limited to the number of persons indicated. A baby or child counts as a no one. In general, arrivals are from 16h and departures before 10h. Schedules can be modified for Weekend and bridge formulas and will be specified at the time of booking and on confirmation of your stay. No key will be delivered after 8pm without prior request from you. Beyond 24 hours without news from you, the campsite can dispose of your accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. If you do not wish to rent one, you will have to provide the household linen: sheets, pillowcases, towels of toilets and tea towels. A deposit of 200€ will be payable on arrival. It will be returned after verification of the premises by camping after deduction of the necessary intervention of the cleaning service. (Possibility of cleaning by our care with supplement from 30€ to 60€ depending on accommodation and length of stay).Please inform the reception at the latest by day before departure). 100€ penalty if it turns out that you smoked inside the accommodation. The content of each accommodation is referenced on an inventory displayed in each rental, the campsite advises to the customer to check it in order to avoid any litigation the day of the departure. LE SEJOUR
It is the camper's responsibility to insure himself: the camper is responsible for the supervision of his personal belongings. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an incident for which the camper is civilly liable. All guests must comply with the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations. Non-compliance with the regulations may be expelled without compensation or reimbursement. The campsite cannot be held responsible for any nuisance that may disturb your stay (power cuts), water, telephone, works...). Guests will be informed of these possible nuisances on the sole condition that the campsite Les Ilots de St Val himself be informed.
ANIMAUX
Dogs are accepted subject to: being on a leash inside the campsite including on the pitch and their needs, Must be picked up. Dogs of category 1 and 2 are strictly forbidden in the enclosure of the site
VISITEURS
After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The customer can receive his visitors at the reception by paying the visitor rate posted at the reception desk. Visitors' cars and pets are not allowed on the campsite (outdoor parking is mandatory). IMAGE
